Business/Sales Development Representative

The Role
As a BDR/SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building
relationships, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. You’ll work closely with
both sales and marketing to execute targeted outbound campaigns, nurture leads, and drive
interest in our fleet management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting – Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls,
    emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Lead Qualification – Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their
    challenges and determine if they’re a good fit for our solutions.
  • Appointment Setting – Book meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaboration – Work alongside sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
    and optimize campaigns.
  • CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in
    HubSpot and other management tools
  • Market Research – Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to enhance
    prospecting efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a BDR/SDR role, ideally in B2B sales. Experience in fleet
    management, telematics, logistics, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident in making outbound calls, handling objections, and
    building rapport.
  • Resilient & Target-Driven: Self-motivated, with a hunger for results and a willingness to
    push past rejection.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email automation, and LinkedIn for
    prospecting.
  • Team Player: Able to collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach efforts.
