HyperNym is hiring a Web and Application Designer for its Islamabad office. If you’re a creative professional with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX design, and prototyping tools like Figma and no-code platforms, this is your chance to work on diverse projects with a dynamic and collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in After Effects is a plus
• Proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, or similar prototyping tools and no-code platforms
• Basic HTML and CSS skills are a plus, but not necessary
• Knowledge of Web Design (UI / UX / Interaction Design) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure, and manage tight project timelines
• Collaborative and flexible attitude, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and engaging graphics for social media, including banners, product images, icons, and promotional materials
• Design and optimize graphics for various online platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
• Collaborate with the marketing and other departments to conceptualize and execute designs for email campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertisements
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry standards to ensure our visuals are contemporary and practical
• Work closely with the marketing and stakeholders to ensure graphics are properly implemented and displayed on social media
• Edit and retouch product images to enhance their quality and ensure they accurately represent our products
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual elements, ensuring a cohesive and professional look and feel
• Conduct regular reviews of the website’s graphics and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and drive conversions
• Manage and organize design assets, maintaining an efficient and accessible file structure
• Presentations and client-based UI/UX work including dashboard designing, mobile app/web app, and website designing
